Wisin & Yandel empienzan grabacion de “Revolucion” en Abril
Wisin & Yandel, el dúo de la historia filmará en Puerto Rico su película “Revolución”, con el “look” del mercado norteamericano, pero en español y con subtítulos en inglés.
“La película fluctúa entre los seis a diez millones de dólares y contamos con la participación de 50 Cent, Amaury Nolasco, Tego Calderón y Wilmer Valderrama. Era un libreto para una película de 50 Cent y llegamos a un acuerdo”, dijo Wisin.

El reconocido hit “Te Amo” que ha puesto a Makano en la cima de su carrera musical sigue dando de qué hablar, en esta oportunidad, la prestigiosa multinacional Coca-Cola ha elegido el tema del famoso cantautor para protagonizar su nuevo concurso veraniego para algunos países de América del Sur..
Así es, desde la primera semana de Enero del presente año se empezó a difundir el nuevo comercial de una de las bebidas gaseosas más reconocidas mundialmente como lo es Coca-Cola en el que el panameño es el protagonista de dicho comercial.
Makano el primer artista Latinoamericano en realizar una campaña publicitaria de esta magnitud y es por eso que el interprete le enorgullece el hecho que poder marcar una huella en la industria de la música sobretodo del reggae panameño.
“Forma parte de la banda” creando tu propia versión del hit “Te Amo” de Makano y “hagamos música”, son los nuevos lemas donde Coca-Cola invita a todo el público a compartir vía Internet su video casero y participar de este mega concurso que actualmente convoca a países como: Argentina, Bolivia, Perú, Paraguay, Uruguay y Chile.
La filmación de estas escenas fue realizada en la ciudad de Montevideo, Uruguay donde el pasado Diciembre, Makano se presentó ante miles de personas culminando su gira de conciertos.
Esto nos demuestra que el artista no dejara de cosechar éxitos, al convertir su mega éxito “Te Amo” en un hito de la música latina.
ALICIA KEYS AYUDANDO A HAITI
La cantautora estadunidense Alicia Keys, 12 veces ganadora al Premio Grammy, quien este lunes cumplirá 29 años de edad, grabará el tema We are the world junto con artistas de la talla de Sting, Natalie Cole y Justin Timberlake, con el fin de apoyar a los afectados en Haití.
A principios de febrero, varios cantantes de reunirán en un estudio de Los Angeles, para interpretar este tema, cuyas ventas serán donadas a los miles de damnificados en el país caribeño. Recientemente, la cantante ha participado en diversos eventos, junto a otros músicos y actores, para ayudar a la gente de Haití, país devastado por un sismo de 7 grados Richter, el pasado 12 de enero.
Por otro lado, hace unos días, durante una presentación en el Teatro Real de Madrid de España, Keys compartió el escenario con Alejandro Sanz, al interpretar el tema Looking for paradise.
Alicia Augello Cook, su nombre real, nació el 25 de enero de 1981 en Harlem, Nueva York. Su madre Terri es ítalo-americana, y Craig, su padre es afroamericano. Creció en el barrio Hell’s Kitchen en un ambiente dominado por la música, por lo que desde los cinco años mostró su inclinación por el rhythm and blues (R&B) y el soul contemporáneo.
En 2009, la intérprete de No One junto a su manager Jeff Robinson firmaron un acuerdo con la cadena Disney para desarrollarse en la producción de filmes y proyectos animados. Su primer proyecto será una nueva versión de la comedia de los cincuenta, Bell, book and candle, en el que Keys participará con el papel de una bruja que lanza un hechizo de amor para atraer al novio de su rival.
En junio de 2009, la Sociedad Americana de Compositores, Autores y Editores, le otorgó a la cantante el Premio Nota de Oro, por alcanzar gran éxito dentro de su carrera. Para diciembre, lanzaría su cuarto trabajo de estudio The element of freedom, que debutó en el número dos en ventas de acuerdo con el Billboard, al vender 417 mil copias en su primer semana. Como parte de la promoción de su disco, participó ese mismo mes, en la última noche del Festival de Jazz de las islas Caimán, donde interpretó su primer sencillo Doesn`t mean anything.
Alicia Keys suma a la fecha 24 nominaciones al Grammy, 12 Grammys bajo el brazo y cuatro álbumes número uno en Estado Unidos, los cuales, además, han debutado en el sitio de honor de la lista Billboard 200.

A new music file format has been unveiled by some of the key figures behind the development of the MP3.
The new file, MusicDNA, can include things like lyrics, videos, artwork and blog posts, which will continually be updated, as well as the music.
It has been created by Norwegian developer Dagfinn Bach, who worked on the first MP3 player in 1993.
And its investors include German researcher Karlheinz Brandenburg, who is credited with inventing the MP3.
British record company Beggars Group, whose labels are home to Vampire Weekend, MIA and The Strokes, has signed up to use MusicDNA, as has US label Tommy Boy.
But no major labels are currently on board and the MusicDNA files are likely to be more expensive than current music downloads.
It will also be in competition with Apple's iTunes LP, which gives users added content including bonus tracks, lyrics and video interviews.
Dynamic updates
Speaking at the Midem music conference, Mr Bach said: "We can deliver a file that is extremely searchable and can carry up to 32GB of extra information in the file itself.
"And it will be dynamically updatable so that every time the user is connected, his file will be updated."
MusicDNA is launching a beta, or test, version this spring with a full roll-out at the end of the summer.
Mr Brandenburg, director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Digital Media Technology in Germany, said: "I think it brings together a number of ideas that have been around for a long time.
"I remember 10 years ago, a lot of people were saying that we need to enrich the user experience, that legal access to music has to give the customers more than just music, and this is certainly one very nice way to do it."

Para empezar, mejora en cuestión de diseño, algo criticado en el caso del HTC Google Nexus One por su escasa originalidad y falta de atractivo. Nos encontramos ante un terminal con teclado completo QWERTY y una llamativa pantalla que, de medir como se ha señalado 4,3 pulgadas, competiría en tamaño con la del LG Chocolate BL40. La resolución sería WVGA, es decir, de 850×484 píxeles. A pesar del periférico deslizante, su grosor no superaría los 9 milímetros, por lo que disfrutaría de una estilizada figura.
Entre sus especificaciones aparece un puerto HDMI, que permite el paso a la señal en alta definición. Lo que nos lleva a la siguiente prestación, su capacidad de grabar vídeos FullHD (1920×1080 píxeles). La cámara de fotos no se queda atrás y ostentaría una resolución de ocho megapíxeles.
El sistema operativo sería Android, como era de esperar, aunque se señala que se trataría de la versión 2.1 o incluso superior, una plataforma que garantiza en la mayoría de los casos una navegación ágil y eficiente. De momento no se han difundido otros datos, e incluso los que acabamos de ofrecer están pendientes de confirmación. The language of Avatar revealed
The linguistics expert from the University of Southern California is the brains behind the language used by James Cameron's 10-foot-tall alien tribe in the much-anticipated science fiction epic, Avatar.
"Jim Cameron's production department at Lightstorm Entertainment was looking for a linguist that would be able to help him develop an alien language," explains Professor Frommer.
"At that time, it wasn't even called Avatar - it was project 880 - but the e-mail was forwarded to me and I saw it and jumped on it. I was very excited about it. A week or two later I was called in for a talk."
The language enthusiast managed to persuade Cameron that he was the man to create a functioning language for a story the director had dreamt up a decade earlier.
"I spent a wonderful 90-minutes with Jim and at the end of it he shook my hand and said 'welcome aboard,'" says Professor Frommer.
The pair worked together for four years to develop the Na'vi language.
The director had already come up with about thirty words, for the characters' names and body parts. But he was looking to the professor to give the language an authentic but exotic feel.
Crucially, it had to be a language that could be articulated.
"This is an alien language but obviously it has to be spoken by human actors," explains Professor Frommer.
"It has to be sounds that human beings are comfortable producing."
It is a unique language, with its own syntactic and grammatical rules.
Its creator says some of Cameron's original words had "a vaguely Polynesian feel". Others have suggested that it sounds like German or Japanese.
"It certainly borrows various grammatical structures, sounds, that exist in other languages - but what I hope is that the combination in this language is unique," says Professor Frommer.
As well as creating the language, Professor Frommer taught the actors how to speak it.
"I met with each of the seven principle actors who use the language beforehand. I helped them with the pronunciation, we broke things down.
"I also created some sound files, MP3 files. I guess some of them downloaded them onto their iPods so they could listen to them at the gym."
Professor Frommer spent hours on the set, helping the cast fine tune their alien language speaking abilities.
"I gave them quite a challenge. I found that they really rose to the occasion, everybody had a great time. I knew that it had to be something that actors could deal with and handle," he says.
The language currently runs to about a thousand words. It does not have a huge vocabulary, but Professor Frommer is still working at it. He is also still trying to master his own language.
"I wish I could speak it fluently," he says.
"As for who at this point understands the grammar and such, I think probably I'm the only one. I wish that eventually that might not be the case."
In fact, one day, Professor Frommer hopes Na'vi will match Klingon, as the "gold standard" alien language.
"There's a translation of Hamlet into Klingon," says Professor Frommer.
"There are Klingon clubs that meet all over the world. There are a very dedicated group of people who meet and try to speak it.
"If anything happened like this with Na'vi I'd be delighted."
